December B.E. 2545 (2002) ,18 October B.E. 2547 (2004) and May 6 B.E. 2548 (2005) passport holders from 40 countries and the Hong Kong SAR do not need a visa to enter Thailand for tourism purposes if their stay in the Kingdom does not exceed 30 days. Pakistani citizens must obtain a visa at all times when transiting through Thailand.  From 25 April 2016, all Russian visa applications submitted to Thailand will be cancelled via the electronic visa application form to visa.kdmid.ru Hong Kong, Italy and South Korea. In practice, only Italians must apply for a visa to enter Thailand. Citizens of South Korea and Hong Kong can continue to enter Thailand without a visa under a bilateral agreement. With an electronic visa for the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, foreigners can only stay and travel within the territory of St.
